COVID-19 Relief Service
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Rajini Santosh led several humanitarian initiatives through Swarna Bharat Foundation. For more than 100 days, the Foundation distributed food, ration kits, and safety kits to underprivileged and needy families, supporting thousands of people during a challenging time.
